1. Privacy Notice under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK)

As Eliva Moss (the "Data Controller"), in accordance with Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), we carefully protect the privacy and security of the personal data you share with us through our website (elivamoss.com.tr), our WhatsApp channels and our phone lines.

Personal Data Processed and Purposes of Collection

In connection with your quote, order or consultancy requests, your first name, surname, phone number, email address and delivery address are processed solely to fulfil orders, organise architectural site survey appointments and carry out invoicing.

Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data is never sold or transferred to third parties or advertising companies for marketing purposes. It is shared only with authorised courier or specialised logistics partners for the physical delivery of the ordered product and, where legally required, with authorised public authorities.

Your Rights under Article 11 of the KVKK

3. Delivery, Custom Crating and Return Terms

Insured, Impact-Resistant Special Packaging

Eliva Moss art pieces and decorative bonsai are carefully packed in shock-absorbing foam layers and protective wooden crates so that their delicate natural textures are not damaged. They are delivered throughout Türkiye by insured courier or our dedicated architectural delivery team.

Courier Receipt and Damage Report Procedure

When receiving your order, please check the outer box/crate. If any damage or crushing that occurred during transport is found, have the courier immediately prepare a "Damage Report". Products with a damage report are replaced with new ones as soon as possible.

Made-to-Order Products and the Exception to the Right of Withdrawal

Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to "goods produced in custom sizes, colours and frames in line with the consumer's requests or personal needs". For our standard collection products, an exchange is offered within 14 days, provided the packaging is unopened and the product's original form is preserved.

4. 100% Natural Material and Care Guarantee

All the moss and preserved plants we use are not artificial or plastic; they are 100% real natural plants, sustainably harvested from Scandinavian and Mediterranean forests. Thanks to special ecological glycerine stabilisation, the plant's cellular moisture is preserved, and it keeps its form and vitality for 7–10 years.

Golden Rules for Preserving Its Lifespan

• Never Water It: Preserved plants must not come into contact with water. Watering or misting dissolves the plant's stabilisation salts.
• Protect It from Direct Sunlight: It should not be exposed directly to intense ultraviolet (UV) sunlight.
• Indoor Humidity Balance: A standard indoor humidity of 40%–70% is ideal for the moss to keep its soft forest texture.
